Solar Panels Cleaned

Why do we need guttering?
Roofline guttering is important as it ensures the long-term protection and maintenance of buildings. Together with a watertight roof, the gutters ensure that rainwater is channelled away from the building safely. Water is one of the greatest causes of damage to buildings both externally and internally; it is vital that your guttering systems are checked regularly and maintained.
Blocked and damaged gutters will overflow, leaking onto wall surfaces causing damage to coatings and masonry. Less obvious will be water seeping into the building, causing structural damage that you may not see until an advanced stage is reached. Blocked gutters can lead to decorative damage, and sometimes fungal growth, insect infestation and dry rot.
Water that is not properly channelled away from your building will saturate the ground below and may undermine walls, promoting rising damp.
